However, even as Bali Pehalwan, who once represented the Meham constituency, remains …holed up inside, the police are afraid to enter because of his supporters who have ringed the house in village Mokhra in Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda’s home district Rohtak. As of now, he has agreed to surrender, but on his own terms.
