Army chief calls on J&K CM

Chief of the Army staff Gen V K Singh apprised Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah about the prevailing security situation in the state.

Accompanied by GoC 15 Crops Lt General Syed Atta Hassnain called on Mr Omar .

During the meeting the Army Chief apprised the Chief Minister of the prevailing security scenario in the state.

Matters pertaining to various aspects of security were also discussed in the meeting.
