Four members of a family, including three women, were today killed when their car collided with a Punjab Roadways bus in Ding area here, police said.
Rohit (27), his mother Pushpa, grandmother Dharma Devi and her sister Deva were killed in the mishap near Moriwala village on National Highway 10, about 10 km from here.
The family, coming from a village in Ambala, was on its way to attend a religious function of Dera Sacha Sauda in this district, police said.
Two bus passengers were also injured in the accident as the vehicle collided with a tree after hitting the car, Bhartender Singh, SHO of Ding area said.
The bus driver fled from the spot.
