Naya Bains Sarpanch Dalbir Singh Sampla shot dead
Sarpanch of Naya Bans village in Rohtak was allegedly shot dead by four unidentified assailants on Sunday. Dalbir Singh Sampla was supervising work at his oil refinery at the time of the incident.
The police is citing old rivalry as the reason. Deceased’s family, meanwhile, accused former sarpanch Satbir Singh of murder.
They alleged that Satbir always found reasons to put Dalbir down, but when none of his tactics worked, he killed him.
