BJP candidates for Punjab elections 2012
There were hardly any surprises in BJP list of candidates announced for assembly elections .
Most of the old timers and sitting MLAs would be trying their luck again. Manoranjan Kalia is one of them.
He would be contesting from Jalandhar Central. The list was announced by senior party leader Ananth Kumar.
However, the BJP refrained from naming candidates from two seats from Amritsar. Navjot Singh Sidhu is lobbying for a ticket for his wife from one of the constituencies.
