Seven arrested, ultrasound centre sealed
Seven persons have been arrested following a raid at a ultrasound centre here, involved in illegal sex determination test.
A health department team raided the ultrasound centre being run at Professor Colony here by Dr Salesh Sharma on an information that it was illegally involved in the test, police said.
Following the raid, police arrested the owner, Dr Sharma, two more doctors, two nurses and two patients. The centre has also been sealed. A case has been registered and the Ultrasound Centre owner.
