Woman found murdered in Karnal
In Karnal, the body of a woman was found from near Avardhan Nagar last evening.The woman bore multiple injuries and was apparently attacked with a sharp-edged weapon. The deceased was identified as 30-year-old Sonu, a resident of Ramba village close to Karnal.
Police said Sonu was married and could have been killed for allegedly having illicit relations.
