Panel to look into judges’ appointment sought

Members of Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association have strongly demanded the constitution of a judicial commission to look into appointments of judges and complaints against judges.

Members also resolved that judges whose kins are practicing in high court should be transferred. A resolution in this regard was brought before the house which was passed after detailed discussion.
