2 jind poultry businessmen robbed of Rs 61 lakh
In Rohtak, police have arrested two robbers and recovered a sum of 54 lakh rupees out of a total of 61 lakh rupees looted from two poultry businessmen last night near Lakhan Majra town.
Poultry farmers Devendra and Satya Prakash, both Jind residents, were returning from Delhi when they were robbed of hefty sum. Upon reaching Lakhan Majra town, a Maruti 800, supposedly carrying the looters, hit their car from the rear. Before they could make sense of the situation five robbers attacked them and fled with the cash. Both the businessmen sustained injuries in the attack.
