Chandigarh witnessing several number of eve teasing cases
Rape of a woman may not be justified but at least one understands where it comes from.
But what in the world can explain such monstrosity on a child? That brings to mind the case of eve teasing in which police failed to take action on the complaint of a college girl who wanted a file a complaint after she was teased and attacked by the accused. Chandigarh police have decided to strict action in such issues.
