Singer Katy Perry has signed on to sing at President Barack Obama’s fundraising concert next month. The ‘Teenage Dream’ hitmaker is expected to one of the several artists to perform at the “30 Days to Victory” concert at the Nokia Theater on October 7, the Hollywood Reporter said. The other performers are expected to be disclosed in coming days.
The tickets, which will be available through the campaign, start at USD 44 per person for supporters under age 40. General admission is USD 250 per person. Following the concert, there will be a dinner, hosted by Jeffrey Katzenberg, with the president at a nearby restaurant but it does not come cheap with tickets starting at USD 25,000 per person.
