CHB Residents Federation holds rally

On Sunday Chandigarh Housing Board Federation held its second rally in Chandigarh’s Sector 56.

Hundreds of rehabilitation colony residents attended the rally to press the Federation’s demand for regularization of need based changes made to flats by colony residents.

The Federation is also campaigning to get ownership of flats transferred to those persons who have bought their flats on power of attorney. Senior Deputy Mayor Darshan Garg, who represents the ward of Sector 56, also spoke at the rally
